I think when those traveling amusement park rides can no longer pass state safety laws, India buys they up and puts them into circulation for a few more years.

At least in Mexico the rides miraculously seem to strip women of their clothes. Same in Germany, but they do it intentionally because of some kind of messed up psychology from losing WWII
