I can't believe he was cut down in his prime like this, before we got to hear him tell a Washington Post reporter that she should smile more, show a little tit, and that he's got a Washington post for her right here.

Anthony Scaramucci erroneously listed as dead in the new Harvard Law alumni directory

Scaramucci insults Priebus, Bannon in New Yorker interview

Then-White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci insulted White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus and President Trump’s chief strategist Stephen K. Bannon in an interview published by the New Yorker on July 27. (Video: Bastien Inzaurralde/Photo: Jabin Botsford/The Washington Post)
Pity poor Anthony Scaramucci: reportedly getting divorced, sacked from his job after a mere 10 days — and now there’s an erroneous report that he’s dead.

The blink-and-you-missed him former White House communications director is listed as deceased in the new Harvard Law School alumni directory, which arrived in alums’ mailboxes the very week that “The Mooch” became the most talked-about guy in all of politics. An asterisk by the 1989 graduate’s name indicates that he was reported dead since the last directory, which was published in 2011.

Unclear whether he was the victim of a prank — or just a typo. Harvard Law didn’t say, but the school was apparently crimson-faced over the flub. “Regrettably, there is an error in the Harvard Law School alumni directory in the listing for Anthony Scaramucci,” a spokeswoman told us in an emailed statement. “We offer our sincere apologies to Mr. Scaramucci. The error will be corrected in subsequent editions.”

Scaramucci did not immediately respond to a call seeking comment, but in fairness, his Monday afternoon had been a tad eventful.

He might be dead to Harvard Law, but in his oh-so-brief tenure as President Trump’s top spokesman, Scaramucci, 53, had often name-dropped the prestigious school. He told CNN’s Jake Tapper he wouldn’t have attended the now-infamous meeting with Russians claiming to have dirt on Hillary Clinton because of his law degree. Later in the same interview, he boasted about getting an A-minus in Harvard Law professor Laurence Tribe’s constitutional law class.

How long before the entrenched republicans in his cabinet "quit" as well. Republican politics no longer seem to work for him.

But I'm curious about how military people seem to be filling the new top positions

It is curious, and it will be worth paying attention to. I hope it is a bit of a crutch for him as they may be the only ones he can now trust. The other people he knew turned out to be (enter your appropriate word here). The military is more structured, and yes sir no sir than anything else he has. He needs this structure because he lacks it. Flip side...becoming a little too military types, and where exactly does he intend to take that...

Add another Army general. Heading up the federal bureau of prisons now. Incremental changes on every level

I see where you are going with this but don't quite understand why retired generals are inherently bad as political office staff. Powell seemed to do fine.

Does sort of beg the question as to whether they're competent however.

Idk. I think Trump does have some sort of fascination with Generals despite that video. Maybe it goes back to whatever that part of his life was in military school? Either way, right now it may be his best move to get some people on the job that are competent, respectful and will do their job without all the political infighting we have seen so far.

All the turnover in the White House is Republicans being fired or killed in the press by other Republicans.

Every time I see this dude's name I was reminded of something and it just hit me. Allow me to indulge you in this fabulous little diddy.

Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?
Caught in a landslide, no escape from reality
Open your eyes, look up to the skies and see
I'm just a poor boy, I need no sympathy
Because I'm easy come, easy go, little high, little low
Any way the wind blows doesn't really matter to me, to me
Mama, just killed a man
Put a gun against his head
Pulled my trigger, now he's dead
Mama, life had just begun
But now I've gone and thrown it all away
Mama, ooh, didn't mean to make you cry
If I'm not back again this time tomorrow
Carry on, carry on as if nothing really matters
Too late, my time has come
Sends shivers down my spine, body's aching all the time
Goodbye, everybody, I've got to go
Gotta leave you all behind and face the truth
Mama, ooh, I don't want to die
I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all
I see a little silhouetto of a man
Scaramouche, Scaramouche, will you do the Fandango
Thunderbolt and lightning, very, very fright'ning me
(Galileo) Galileo, (Galileo) Galileo, Galileo figaro magnifico
(I'm just a poor boy, nobody loves me)
He's just a poor boy from a poor family
Spare him his life from this monstrosity
Easy come, easy go, will you let me go?
Bismillah! No, we will not let you go
(Let him go) Bismillah! We will not let you go
(Let him go) Bismillah! We will not let you go
(Let me go) Will not let you go
(Let me go) Will not let you go
(Let me go) Ah, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
(Oh mamma mia, mamma mia) Mama mia, let me go
Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me, for me, for me
So you think you can stone me and spit in my eye?
So you think you can love me and leave me to die?
Oh, baby, can't do this to me, baby!
Just gotta get out, just gotta get right outta here!
Nothing really matters, anyone can see
Nothing really matters
Nothing really matters to me
Any way the wind blows

someone with more talent could alter a few words, have Scaramouche have his little moment in the sun on the song.

I picture changing the poor boy to a rich boy...throwing in some of the other characters in the presidency and having a nice little parody.

Apologies to all if this has already been discussed.
