I guess this stupidity by them fits in the turd in the punchbowl category. For the NFL to bring JZ in and welcome him into their bosom was a mistake. YOu just had to know that JZ and company would try and turn the Super Bowl into a controversy.

I will tell ya glad Colin is no longer in the NFL. Really the guy is a basket case!

I wonder if Bosa has stopped crying like a two year old long enough to grandstand about it to his idiot Twitter followers?

Why the hell would he want to play anyplace at this point?

He made bank while playing, left healthy, made bank again from the collusion case.

He's probably got $50-100million left. Get that invested and live a blessed life, supporting causes near and dear to his heart.

Agreed. Nas is correct.

If Kaep really wanted to play football, he could have signed a 6 figure deal as a starting QB in the XFL. If he really wanted to be in the NFL, he could have take a minimum offer as a backup.

Also if he wasn't such a lightning rod and maybe acted a little better, while still supporting causes that are near and dear to him, he would likely have a pretty cush job on ESPN or another network as an studio guy or announcer.

Right! Just shut up and dribble and you will get a decent job.

If Martin Luther King Jr wasn't such a lightning rod and acted a little better, while still supporting causes that are near and dear to him, he would likely not have been shot.

It doesn't work both ways, you know this. He can't say the things he says, and then demand $10 million from the XFL.

I believe the most recent story is criticizing the assassination of Soleimani? It seems like the 'leader of the free world' shitting on the Geneva Conventions is worthy of some criticism?

I missed where I said that speaking up on the death of Soleimani and Trump doing Trump things where not worthy of critique. Please quote for me.

Kaep can say whatever he wants to whomever he wants. That doesn't mean there are not repercussions, like not being employed by a football team or a football/sports network.

My point is that if Kaep truly wanted to be on an NFL roster or a starting QB in the XFL, he would be. This is true regardless of what he has said and done.

calling out his parents in a new book.

Quote:
"I know my parents loved me, but there were still very problematic things that I went through," Kaepernick said of his mother and father, Teresa and Rick Kaepernick.

He mentioned a time when he wanted to get cornrows, and his mom pushed back, calling the hairstyle "unprofessional" and that he would look like "a little thug."

"I think it was important to show, 'No, this can happen in your own home,' " he continued. "And how do we move forward collectively while addressing the racism that is being perpetuated?"

I realize there's a racial subtext there, but parents used to give their kids a hard time about their hair.

I hope my kids never write a book. I am always telling them that they look terrible. I constantly tell them to shave, shower, get a hair cut, change their clothes. I always thought I was helping them survive in the real world. I never knew I was a bad parent.

When guests leave your house do you tell them to, “cum again”?

You've got to feel for him. The grueling and demeaning punishment he faced at pro day and other draft workouts in exchange multi-million dollar contracts certainly did resemble being sold into slavery, as he said. National hero.
