One note Hoiberg detractors have been conspicuously quiet the past couple of days. Drum banging has been nil. If they finish off Boston what will they do?

This development has been stunning!

The coalescing of "Hoiball" during the last part of the season and first couple of games is truly driving Hoiberg bashers crazy. It's a beautiful thing.

Requisite Thibs bashing will be forthcoming. Had to let Frederick have his moment.

That dog ain't hunting! Only if they lost to Jersey. I've been firmly entrenched in camp Hoiberg and I couldn't turn states even if I wanted to at this point.

Remember it was you that told me that I had some major walking back to do. Never quite did it.

. He definitely isn't looking like the worst coach in the league is he?

Let's be clear here: many people want him fired, including you. Your position is incoherent, at best.

He's doing a great job of letting Rondo completely ignore him and run whatever he wants, but getting ignored seems to be what he's best at.

Nah. You can't have it both ways. You wouldn't let me off the hook if he were floundering. I have been by far the biggest Hoiberg defender. The number of people defending him on here wouldn't fill up a bathroom stall. For better or worse I'm with Hoiberg.

Let Rondo run the show and good things happen.

Go back to Ames.

Rondo is simply running Hoiberg's offense, which Wade and Butler weren't allowing him to do earlier in the season.

Are you denying that you repeatedly said that he should he fired? Please remember that something called the internet pretty much documents everything you type.

this is more about the Celtics being an absolute fraud of a #1 seed then it is about players coming together and galvanizing behind mastermind Fred Hoiberg

Go ahead. You can count those posts on one hand. In an effort
at being equitable also cite the number of posts in which I defended him. Let's also cite all of your posts which bashed me for defending him. Let's put it all on table.

I stated that he should have been fired if he'd lost the last game. He didn't so we move on.

No shit. Bulls need the last day of the season to obtain an 8 seed , Celtics best player suffers a horrible family tragedy on the eve of the playoffs but fuck , that Hoiberg sure can coach.

Celtics aren't legit but you can't take away from what the guy is doing. We celebrate Thibs for New Jersey and they weren't that damn good. Hell they fired their coach during the season and suffered injuries during that series.

Hoiball is currently in full bloom and it's weak to think they are losing because of Thomas's loss.

In addition is the Master of the obvious that is a staple here. Now its Boston isn't shit. Didn't hear much of that prior to this series.

You certainly defended him but let's not be disingenuous here: you called for his firing well before the last game against the ghost of the Brooklyn Nets. Don't be a troll

Bulls are killing Boston because Boston can't rebound. Maybe Jahil Okafor's #1 and only fan will now realize that rebounding and defense matter.

Nope. One note Hoiberg detractors are coming out bad on this one. Rather than give him credit the narrative will shift. Rondo Butler hell Benny the Bull. Anything but give the guy credit.

I'm still not ready to say he is the guy (championship level) but this crap about him being the worse coach in the league has already been debunked.

He isn't a terrible coach. He can coach. I wavered briefly but I have always defended him.

Vegan is doing the typical Vegan move. Parse what he wants to parse and discount all of the other stuff.

Is there any doubt that if he were fired tomorrow you'd label me to be a Hoiberg defender?

Hoiberg is a terrible coach.

Butler has an even higher usage rate in the first two games than he did in the regular season. What happened to your Butler isoball narrative?

Author:  IMU [ Thu Apr 20, 2017 10:05 am ]
Post subject:  Re: Fred Hoiberg

Butler has 26 PPG, 8.5 RPG, 5.5 APG, 2.5 STL, 1.5 BLK and only 1.5 PF through the 2 games.

Rondo, Butler and Wade are on the same page this postseason. Hoiberg might as well have bought a ticket to view from the seats for all he is involved in the Bulls' limited run of success.

i thought all the success was due to the trading of ball-stopper Taj Gibson. He was but a rusty anchor to which the Bulls ship was cruelly tethered

He will first have to scalp the ticket from Thibs!

This is an undressing of major proportions. Rupaul would be proud.
