For fighting off death and convincing his fellow lizards in Arizona that he still can embarrass them as their senator.

And yes, he was just as bad today in his assistance of the lyin' Keebler elf.

Did I misunderstand or was the basis for most if not all of his non-answers the contention that Trump might theoretically someday in the future decide to invoke Executive Privilege retroactively?

What the hell is that shit? This is tolerated?!?

It's something that would have had him charged with contempt of Congress if the "leadership " weren't such brazenly hypocritical frauds. His bs claim is what Reed, Wydon & Kamala Harris were getting at. His claim doesn't exist in law.

Angus King made him look foolish

Stop yourself. I expect this type of pandering from other posters.

You raised not a peep when Eric Holder ignored Congressional subpoena for months. Behavior that snubbed the very laws he was sworn to protect, and behavior that you and I could never get away with.

Where have you ever seen me defend or laud Holder's performance as AG? I thought that he was just like his boss as an attorney, scared, calculated and overwhelmingly safely political.

They weren't scandalous (which is rare today), but I thought only Loretta Lynch showed character

Plus, congressional subpoenas and hearings then were nothing but limp wristed attempts at lynch mobs by today's party uber alles republicans.

Now they're just limp, befitting Kim Il Trump's administration

That's my point. You never condemned Holder the way you have Sessions. And Loretta Lynch has been given a free pass since meeting privately with Bill Clinton, and getting caught trying to tell Comey how to handle Hillary's investigation after she was forced to recuse herself.

Try knocking on the door of Brian Terry's family and telling them that.

Please. IIRC that charge was related to the Bush policies that Obama continued, which republicans previously had no problem with, but is a convenient talking point now

What policies are you referring to?

Lynch's activities have nothing to do with Bush. Holder's breaking the law had nothing to do with Bush policies either.

Brian Terry was killed in Operation Fast and Furious. Holder lied to Congress about his knowledge of it.

Didn't Bush start the underlying program that he wouldn't answer to?

I really don't know, like I said above I didn't really care for Holder, but Sessions is a complete liar hiding behind lawyerly arts, political friendship and a bullshit southern facade.

But why won't you take your own purity test here? :D

Holder, Ashcroft, Gonzales and Lynch. You can have all of them.

You did, because I had posted this in the past.

It's time for something other than a two party system. Both sides have proven to be dishonest. And they are both happy that voters sit around pointing fingers at each other.

Seacrest gets it.

RR...you are absolutely correct, but that vitriol should be held equally for the Democratic party. They are no different.
