I have no doubt Jordan would beat him right now in a half court 1 on 1.

Ya, right? Leash is a fucking moron

He's also implying Lavar beats MJ in the less traditional full court 1 on 1

Whatever scenario they would play one thing is for sure. Jordan would make this man cry with the amount of hateful shit talking that would go on.

Yes he said he would back Jordan down every play and call fouls every time he went up for a hook shot. Also said Jordan couldn't get around him on offense, because MJ wasn't fast enough.

Let me clarify: I think Jordan could take Lonzo in 1 on 1 and it wouldn't be that close.

The entire Ball family bullshit is why no one wants to watch ESPN or FS1.

They wonder why their ratings are tanking.

Lavar is a product of the ESPN embrace debate era. His kids don't seem to take the same approach to life as he does.

For some reason I read the quote in the opening post as Laver and thought Jordan was suggesting he'd beat Rod Laver at tennis on one leg. And because of MJ's ruthlessness, I didn't even doubt he'd say something like that.

No chance. Have you seen Jordan lately? He's fat and walks like he almost needs a cane.

I saw that dumb MLB Network show that's aimed at kids on Saturday morning; Griffey Jr. was on it and looking a bit plump. After they retire all these guys must just be like "screw all the training and effort i'm just gonna turn into Mangino"

More context needed....are we playing "prison rules" or "burrito(nba) rules" ?

Really? Last time I saw him, it looked like he had trimmed down and was in good shape.

If he was in any sort of shape whatsoever, he could back Lonzo down and overpower him every time.

Can Pittmike please chime in and pontificate on just how Mundane this discussion happens to be? I need guys who actually prefer to provide qualifiers on these types of discussions.

The first few posts entertained me because I like to see MJ talk shit. After that I am done reading and it is dumb.

A 50 year old MJ would beat the 25 year old Lavar.

“Would I rank LeBron over Kobe in terms of best of all time?” Jordan told campers during an informal Q&A session. “No. There’s something about five that beats three. … Kobe won five championships. LeBron won three."

So presumably Michael thinks Russell is better than him if "Sort by ring count" is the main method for assessing greatness.

Kareem has 6 titles. Nobody ever gives him credit for that. Nobody talks about his titles. He had one with the Bucks and Magic gets all the credit for the 5 with the Lakers. But he was a big part of those titles.

So I guess MJ thinks Kareem is tied with him.
