You think about it, the first physical movement a baby seem to know other than eating is to turn a shoulder to a stranger. That isn't learned behavior as the parents I know turn their child towards adoring public.
I'm not sure about that GD. I’ve never tracked the behavior of my kids when they were babies in every situation but I don't recall my kids not wanting to play with other kids. At some point a couple had a fear of adult strangers of all kinds. My youngest just made 4 months and he laughs and wants to play with everyone. From the toddler age until like 5 they will play with any child and immediately call them a friend.
