I have a feeling that he is psychologically incorrect. I think we ARE born naturally fearing the other and that we can evolve through experience and education. You think about it, the first physical movement a baby seem to know other than eating is to turn a shoulder to a stranger. That isn't learned behavior as the parents I know turn their child towards adoring public. |

I’ve never tracked the behavior of my kids when they were babies in every situation but I don't recall my kids not wanting to play with other kids. At some point a couple had a fear of adult strangers of all kinds. My youngest just made 4 months and he laughs and wants to play with everyone. From the toddler age until like 5 they will play with any child and immediately call them a friend. |
