All American semifinals for the first time in over 3 decades.

though i wish that canuck genie bouchard would get her act together and last a little longer...she's a fine specimen.

just like in soccer, american women seem to be able to get it together while the men scramble to not jack off all over everything.

This women's tennis is impossible to watch unless you mute your television. I cannot stand the constant screaming on every shot. Hitting a backhand really does not require you to grunt like you are trying to lift a Volkswagen.

Timing mechanism of bounce hit for Seles is I remember right. She was loud and really the first female that I recall being nearly that audible. The ridiculous two handed forehand was also a monstrosity.

try watching a Nadal match. every volley he hits it sounds like he's grunting his last breath for Spain.
