Seriously, when did this become a thing? You know how I was "hazed" on my high school baseball team? I had to buy about 10 bottles of Gatorade for some the older players, said players inserted the Gatorades into me rectally and then made me drink the Gatorade, carry their bags to and from the bus for a few road games, and wear a pink Tshirt designed by the seniors on the team for one day to school. Why has "hazing" moved so far beyond innocent fun?

My freshman year, guys got groped, stuff was stuck up into places it didn't belong, etc.

The next 3 years, none of that happened. Not because some adult stepped in, the next senior classes just had no use for hazing.

I don't get sports hazing. Played HS football all 4 years at Lyons Township, a giant 8A school, and no one did shit. Then played baseball and soccer at a small college in Dubuque and no one did shit. Well they wanted the Freshman on the baseball team to shave their heads, but I said fuck that and no one cared.
