He should’ve gone out there in badass mode. “Patriots scraped out a win in which we didn’t have leading MVP candidate Antonio Brown. His calf will be good to go in January. I wish them a lot of luck.”

Maybe if it didn't cost them home field, they hadn't already lost the last 4 with Brown playing, and...Belichek

That’s why you gotta go out there in alpha mode.

See, it's not that hard to not blame a loss on a bad call.

It's not that hard to admit it was a bad call from the start too.

He didn't complain because it was the right call. It's just a bad rule.

I stayed out of the Bears section on Saturday, as to not upset the snowflakes. One little joke is all it took.

You must be confused. I'm very glad the Bears lost on Saturday and I hope they lose to the Browns. It still doesn't change the fact that you decided to take a shot at the Bears fans who complained when you kept on egging it on when you were wrong on multiple fronts.

But hey, referencing a debate from a long time ago out of the blue in a completely different NFL discussion isn't being a snowflake.

Multiple fronts? I was wrong about the rule on fumbling into the pylon. I guess I will have to live with the shame of not being able to recite every single rule in the book verbatim. I was correct about people blaming the refs for the loss.

My post in this thread was just a joke. You could laugh it off, or get upset. It's up to you. There really is no need for us to go back and forth for ten pages.

BRick and Frank, let me apologize to you guys right now for a joke that clearly offended you. I'm sure the board doesn't want to see a replay of the other thread.

The ball was also dead as he touched the ball with his knee down out of bounds.

You could have ignored my 'joke' too. Still can.

:lol: Of course there isn't. It is quite curious though how you say this after bringing up a call from game that is over a month old, and right after you typed this;

Who is the snowflake now? Can't handle responses?

Maybe I'll have to ignore you so I'm not 'piling on' which is another common theme now.

Why would he blame the refs when it was his stupidity that cost them overtime/win? Also, Gronk wasn't a referee.

The stupidity at the very end is 100% on Big Ben. No issue with the "fake spike" on 3rd, but QB has to know that if it's 6 guys covering the 1 receiver, just throw it out the back of the endzone.

Pittsburgh lost the game by allowing the 2pt conversion after NE ‘s last touchdown. Field goal would’ve won the game if they don’t get that.

In this case, the NFL made the right call.

Jesse James should have held onto the ball. He clearly lost control of it.

Never mind that he already had control of the ball after going to the ground - the catch was completed at that time IMO. What happened after i.e. reaching across the goal line was the act of a runner. Besides, I have yet to see an visual evidence that the movement of the ball was due to it hitting the ground. Looked to me like his hand was there under the ball too. Speculation shouldn't be enough to overturn a call.

He caught the ball, made a football move and broke the plain. That's the rule. It was a touchdown.

Meh even if it’s a TD Brady would’ve had 30 seconds to inevitably ass fuck the Steelers anyway .
