You did it !

https://www.nbcchicago.com/news/local/j ... 07063.html

The Chicago Bears fell to the San Francisco 49'ers on Sunday afternoon at Soldier Field, and in the process head coach John Fox made some history that no coach wants to make.

Fox, who took over the Bears before the 2015 season, saw his record drop to 12-32 in his three campaigns as the head coach.

That record gives him a winning percentage of .272, which is .001 worse than Abe Gibron, who until Sunday the Bears' record for worst winning percentage by a head coach in franchise history.

The new record-holder still has time to bounce back, as he'll take on a winless Cleveland Browns squad in Week 16 and has divisional games left against the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings left on his schedule.

Even if Fox wins the remaining four games this season, he still is guaranteed to hve the worst winning percentage of any coach since Gibron's tenure in the 1970's, and the second-worst winning percentage of any coach in Bears history.

On the bright side, that represents roughly $2MM less per McCaskey family member on the Bears teat.

None of this matters as long as the Season Ticket Holders continue to pony up the coin year after year after year. If the business is making money, why would Ted Philiips change things?

This is why good dolphin and other fans who attend games are the problem. The only way is boycotting, not enabling. Good dolphin is personally responsible for this shitshow.

If I were the guy who hired Ernie Accorsi, I would have him on the phone for a long conversation.

Then again, what does he care. He got his bonus for retirement as well

Really feel bad for him in a sense. But really he will be out sooner or later.

And now, again, for the Giants

Quote:
Former Giants general manager and Ring of Honor member Ernie Accorsi will consult the Giants as they begin their search for a new general manager immediately following Jerry Reese's dismissal on Monday, according to team president and CEO John Mara.
