50% off due to 9 of the 16 Sam's Clubs going out of business. i've saved our company HUNDREDS of dollars on coffee, paper goods, and other products. sure to be employee of the year. at home i loaded up 1/4 of our freezer with caribou coffee. in order to save money, you have to spend money. a wise person once told me. |

You would think that for the non-perishable items, it would be better for them to move the merchandise to another Sam's Club rather than sell at 50% off. |

a lot of that stuff was gone last week. they made the announcement, dropped everything 25% off the next day and there were like blackfriday lines out the door. not worth it. i went first day of 50% and it was not that packed surprisingly until after i was done checking out. |

they said many of these sams clubs willb ecome ecommerce distribution centers so i imagine they are going to go after amazon. good luck. |

Apple just threw their hat into the pecker-slurping ring, which will probably block amazon from any backlash from their choice.
