'Here here' is not the correct spelling. 'Hear hear' started off as 'Hear him, hear him' or 'Hear this, hear this' in the British Parliament but by the mid to late 18th century it'd been shortened to just 'hear hear'.

Tough to read sir. It would be nice if I could provide you with some level of understanding how fun your style is to read. How much it has been copied over the years. I laughed out loud when you changed your signature so that it included all of the Glorious New York Yankees world series victories and it was so long you made it impossible to read any thread you posted in. You took over and didn't even try. Then you graciously changed it for the community. I cannot offer one (1) piece of advice for you. I can only intimate how much fun it is when you join the fray in this space on the internet. Thank you for that.

Wow...if you didn’t tear up a bit and gain some perspective reading that...sometimes we forget how short our time is here and we take it for granted. However long you have SR...I have no doubt you will make the most of it!!

SR, I've never personally engaged in a conversation with you on here as far from I remember but I have always liked you. Your rants about Aj Burnett always made me laugh. I always loved how much you care about baseball. However, sports are even more irrelevant right now than they usually are. Your post moved my heart and I think I speak for the rest of the board when I say we love you and hope for the best. Beautiful post. You are in my thoughts.
