I don’t remember ever getting an email to “sign up” for this suit and I’m pretty sure I would’ve deleted it if I did…those come through as spam a lot of time or look phishy to me. But I guess that just cost me out of about $400. Like a sure bet I didn’t make. Typical.

I’m pretty skeptical about things like this, but I also think I have some financial common sense so I remember doing it. It stuck out as a bit sketchy to me that they were offering it direct deposit into PayPal or Venmo or whatever, but I figured I’d be safe just opting for the check.
