It sure as shit happened exactly the way I said it did. It got so bad out here that every city in my area quit using them. Maybe Chicago and the midwest cities are just backward a bit and haven't kicked them out yet?

This. They don't count as a moving violation because they don't know who is driving. Rather, it is like an expensive parking ticket. Is it possible it was not paid timely? If so perhaps then they threatened your driving record?



When they installed these things, it was somewhere around 10-12 years ago and the cameras the company installed took a picture of the driver as well as the license of the vehicle. It was my car and my son was not the registered owner of the car so I got the ticket on my driving record. He paid the fine but the violation went on my record. His picture was on the ticket. It took many weeks to go through the bureaucratic nonsense to get the violation off my driving record. Once again, this weak shit challenges about "this never happened" is just another bunch of crap by not very intelligent people.

Did you ever think that whatever stupid camera system that your city puts in is different than the one that the towns around me used to have?
