Epstein had a bunch of guys have career years at the right time when a third of the NL was tanking. The luck was extended when Cleveland kicked the ball around in game 6.

He won as many rins with the Cub as Kenny Williams did with the Sox.

Kenny and Theo still delivered one World Series title. If you want to brag about the two NLDS series wins, one of which came as a wild card team in a season very similar to the White Sox in 2006 then go ahead.
