Celebrating its 25th anniversary…hard to remember life before the DVR. Funny thing is the Tivo hardware-based model is still superior in most ways to the cloud version used by Xfinity and others. |

We had several, but had to turn our back on the service when pretty much every device they made had a minimum of four tuners. We cut the cord back in 2010, and the television signal coming from the aerial on our roof was getting cut so thin by the multiple tuners that no channel was coming in cleanly. |
