Two of the three times I sold, I did it by myself. As long as you have a decent real estate attorney, it is pretty easy. Anyone looking in your neighborhood for a house, will stop by usually without their agent.

I told buyers the agent I would happily pay them a few percent, but I never had to.

On my recent purchases I used a buyers agent because their fee was paid by the seller. Now I will not.
