You can always tell to watch out for the 'trophy wives' and moms driving SUV's. It isn't the small SUV's either...those are usually okay. Its the Armadas, the Pilots, the Landcruisers, the 4Runners, the Tahoes, the Escalades, the Flex's...

I used to drive a GMC Jimmy. Loved it. Right now I'm in a car, but my next move will be to either a Santa Fe or a Sorento. But I also can't stand minivan drivers or women in super-sized SUV's...and anyone in a Prius.

You seem to be thinking of like...riced out hatch Civics or something. If people are putting fartcans on a true hot hatch, I'll make fun of them right along side you. While I will be getting a new high-flow turboback when I upgrade the turbo, it is because it is necessary for performance. It will also be a catted downpipe, with a suitcase muffler. I.E. no ridiculous drone at idle and cruising RPM's.

To respond to your content though, I'd rather be by a punk kid that can at least handle his car and pay attention while driving, rather than some oblivious woman (no offense) who is trying to balance 5 different tasks while driving a vehicle too large for her.

I'd need to see it. I have looked at those as well, and if there's enough room and the price/mileage is right, then I can do that too. I usually go to the auto show every year to do all of my research at once instead of going from place to place to get the feel of the vehicles.

However, besides that - yes, I like to drive spiritedly when I'm on roads as well. And the good news is I don't have to use expressways during rush hour based on where I live and work.

No, I am right on in my general assessment that unless someone races a car, driving around in a suped up douche-rocket makes you look like a joke.
