In Indiana you can raise both kids and a marijuana crop

You don't get pistol whipped at suburban ice rinks.

My parents never felt the need to ship me away for weeks at a time so I could run on grass and breath "fresh air" because I could do that whenever I wanted!

I understand how they can miss you going into the city but how are you riding free outbound? Don't they check tickets as soon as the train leaves the station?

They don't check until around Western or Clybourn. I suppose you can hide in a bathroom.

The rock island line, Ive literally never had my ticket checked before 95th

So you can pretty much ride to 95th for free as long as youre paying attention and move at the right time.

   at about the last 25 or so post since last week. They are all gold.

Curious Hair, as soon as I read the Scorehead post about his son moving to Lakeview, I thought the same thing  .

The other day, I met a straight guy and his gay friend, who were in town for something, I forget. But anyway, the gay friend wanted to go to Sidetrack, and the straight guy tells me "Wish me luck".

Outbound got on at Irving Park -- NW line 445 pm train. Cubs game had not ended (or was just ending) so neither the platform nor the train were that busy.

And to be clear, I do not try to avoid paying fares by running around the train or hiding in bathrooms. My wife and I just go sit down and stay put.

Kinda surprised at that sign.

I think that is pretty much the very definition of STEERING, which is illegal in the real estate trade.

Unless you're getting scolded for not cleaning up after your dog.

Feel kinda bad for large dogs in the city. Those guys really have no business living in a city environment.

Just like their owners, they convince themselves that having very little space and being crowded by a bunch of other people is a good thing.

We only have to walk 3 blocks to get an area of grass larger than 10x10!

I mean places that are a little bit more local than that. Though, I think I had Penn Station near Indianapolis one time and it was pretty good.
