Grote is probably the best thing going on the Score. This observation is both a compliment to Grote and an indication of the station's steep decline in the era of Bernsteinian hegemony.

I'm not sure if he could carry a sidekick role without him becoming annoying after awhile . He's likable enough no doubt just not sure if he can carry it off for an extended period.
