Why don't you ask him?

Who is Justin Stone? Digital Motion Analysis sounds like made up nerd shit.

It's actually Travis Kerber doing the analysis there. He's the actual pitching coach for all levels of Elite Baseball (which has a shitload of pitchers committed to D1 schools through the 2016 class) & a really good guy. When you hear him going through/showing kids motion analysis in real world terms, it's actually pretty insightful. I wish my schedule could have allowed me to take my own son to work with him more than I have, I think that highly of him.

But fwiw, both he & Justin actually both spent a number of years in the White Sox & White Sox Academy system.

Maybe you can enlighten Frank and Keyser, the White Sox experts as to whom they are, as they both seem to think these guys are a joke.

They use the BASH facility and do a great job with a long long list of very good players from the area. If these guys had a bigger facility, you would hear much more about them.

They even improved my uncoordinated nephew to make him into a really good player. He is never going to be much more at any next level, but he is a really good hitter now and can hum it.

Yes Reader, please enlighten me as to whom Justin Stone is?

I think most who read the stuff on Sale here, appreciated the breakdown from Elite and who these guys are.

Yeah. It's like listening to an argument between 2 (two) retards. It's not enjoyable to anyone involved.

Justin Stone is one of the most in demand private instructors in the country

Justin became the head instructor at the Chicago White Sox Training Academy in 2004 where he established himself as one of the most in demand private instructors in the country. Considered as an expert in the field of high-speed video analysis, Justin utilized technology to teach baseball mechanics more efficiently.

He runs an amazingly great program from the times I have seen him working in person with kids and those who work under him.

You mean when I bring info like the breakdown of Sale's delivery via a kind of cool video from Elite and Frank calls the guy an idiot?

And your original source of news BLEACHER Report is now using the source I used to show how Sale might suffer a severe injury.

Of course, I dont expect you to agree, just showing it for the others.

My quick Cliff notes

Franks cites Bleacher Report as a source to show Sale isn't injured.
I cite a "you tube" video of Elite Baseball showing how Sale is likely to suffer an injury
Frank mocks my source as just a You Tube video.
Bleacher Report that uses the same You Tube video in it's article.
Regular Reader instills the virtue of the Elite Baseball guys.
Keyser Soze questions the Elite personal and their qualifications as well.
Then the minutiae kicks in of 'what did I say exactly?'

I will rack this one up as a W and move on to other White Sox business.

Amazed any athlete wears jewelry during a game.

One of the first players to wear gold jewelry on the field (asked why he wore a Star of David, he famously replied, "My name is David, and I'm a star")

Nobody.

A minor strain with clean MRI and a 15 day DL stint does not qualify as an "expected injury." MLB players get strains and pulls all the time. Surgery, sprains, 60 day DL stints, etc, those are all major injuries. To date, Sale has had zero f these. You seem to fail to be able to grasp this simple concept.

These are the posts that make the post sense in this thread. If it helps you sleep at night to continue to be special and chalk this up as a 'W', feel free. I wait with baited breath to see what other White Sox musings you will conjure up today, and tomorrow, and the day after that....

He's going past the 15 days and probably need a rehab start by the time he's ready to pitch again. But that's just the beginning. He was always a guy who was going to injure his arm, due to his delivery of the baseball. I thought it would have happened last year already, after loading up on innings 2 years ago, after just 74 innings 3 seasons ago. To have added over 100 innings, put a great deal of stress on an arm that was not built up to manage that strain. Now he's hurt and it's no surprise. He'll be hurt again and before long, he will have surgery.

I'm going to predict that Chris Sale pitches again and that at some point in his career he will not be injured.

He struck out 11 of the 13 hitters he faced in his rehab outing last nite. He's ready to come back.

I guess Frank did the medical evaluation after the game and has proclaimed Sale READY.
