Whenever I am up in the Toronto area or across the lake I listen to Funny 820: http://www.funny820.com/

Brief 3-5 minute bits from comedians.

I think there's a subfeed of 97.9 that has a comedy format, though I can't speak for exactly how it's programmed because no human being has ever heard an HD Radio subfeed.

I think we did have a station like this for a short time. I believe it was 105.9 immediately after one of their format changes. Obviously didn't last long.

I know CKG went from classic rock to a comedy-talk format that was basically Loop Redux (Brandmeier, Buzz, Dahl, plus Stern), but I don't remember them doing pre-recorded stand-up. It's totally possible that they did, though, maybe during that Free FM disaster.

It was very brief and it may have even been an only on weekends type of thing, but I do remember it. For some reason there was a lot of material from John Pinette. (Carjacking victim in the last episodes of Seinfeld.)
