Dainja's dad Dana Jackson is from Chicago and used to play for Simeon and the University of Minnesota back in the day. He used to spend summers here when he was in elementary school. One day during the summer about 8 years ago he walks in a High School gym where they were having an open gym run for High School players. He was in 8th grade at the time and just dominated and the coach of the team (whose a good friend of mine) later told me how he thought he was looking at the next Demarcus Cousins basketball wise.
Hasn't exactly panned out that way for him but he still looks like a solid college player.

I haven’t been this excited for a game in a while. Just hope they can keep it within single digits with ten to go. Truly don’t believe they will get crushed but just want them to have a semblance of a chance with some time left. Should be very interesting to watch.

Not that anyone gives a shit, but my kid traveled to Boston with the orange Krush to see the Iowa state game and hung around in Boston yesterday planning to watch todays game in a bar somewhere. This morning the university comped him the the other Krush who made the trip courtside seats to tonight’s game, right under the basket next to the band. Kid is on cloud 9, I just hope it’s a game so he and his homies can get a little crazy and have some fun. It’s a tall task, I just hope they can hit their open looks early and make a game of this. Can’t have a slow start or its could get ugly early. I hope they come out aggressive.

Van Gundy just called it. They have to start dropping the pass off off when Clingan steps up. Underwood said something during the timeout interview about continuing to challenge him. That's the wrong move. They are missing easy dump off passes by continuing to challenge him.
