My thought with him is that he's been around a bit. He's basically back home. He could settle in for a decade or more if he chose. He's not the Bill Self ladder climber at this point in his career.

If he has success, why not stay? UofI has a ton of money to pay a coach. They gave Lovie $5 mil/year. I don't think he's going to be so successful that some NFL team is going to come looking for him and throw NFL money at him. Stick around, win some games and retire.

Bielema and Lunney had a rough night. Not adjusting to Sitkowski being in the game. Letting Sitkowski throw inside the 5 is unconscionable. Clock management was brutal at the end of both halves. Confusion on D at the end of the game with a DB having to run across the field even after a timeout.

If Devito is not back they may not win another game. Even Northwestern.

In game experience still needs work. Can't get a beer or food. At least was able to get into the stadium without a huge delay.

Don't even get me started on the decision to go empty backfield and have Sitkowski run the ball on the non-fumble fumble play. Insanity.
