Money and power talks. Young may have the worst coaching and offensive talent around him in the NFL. His LT was the 6th pick in the draft and he's one of the biggest turnstiles in the NFL. His receivers make 2022 Justin Fields cringe. He doesn't have a starting caliber running back. His offensive coordinator may not be good enough for a mid level college program.

Harbaugh may believe he can fix it for the right price and control.

edit: forgot about the Waltons in Denver. Seahawks still owned by the Microsoft guy's family too. So Tepper probably behind both of those.
