Exactly, And I can't even think of a decent QB from OSU.

Craig Krenzel?

He sucked in the pros

Tomczak.

He sucked too

Devonta Smith is returning the opening kick of the 2nd half with his team up 34-17?

And now he’s got a broken finger/hand on the first offensive play of the 2nd half.

No it’s not worth the risk for Waddle to be out there.

He can’t even fucking run.

Herbie and Fowler are just fucking embarrassing themselves.

To be fair..a lot of schools have one good qb amongst many failed ones. Can’t draft Aaron Rodgers because Kyle Boler shit the bed.

I had an LSC meeting at 6:30 that stretched past 8 and then had to help my son with a paper. The game wasn't worth watching by the time I was available. I think I saw one series.

Not many schools send QBs to the NFL like Ohio State has the last 25 years, probably none..they all sucked.

Love the multiple coverages the game gets. Watching the film room broadcast as usual.

I went with the only 4K broadcast and it was not what I expected. The entire game was shot with a single drone type camera called the 4K Skycam. The camera was always behind the quarterback and followed the action. It was basically like you were playing a game of Madden. There were no announcers or replays. At halftime the drone just flew around the stands doing close ups of all the people in the stands. Very weird way to watch a game.

That's what I like about college football and one of the things I bring up all the time. College will use any excuse to stop the clock and get more plays in while the pros do all they can to keep the clock running. Chargers led the NFL with 70 offensive plays per game this year. There were 127 college 1A teams that played football and 81 of them ran more plays per game than LA. Sure, college games take longer, but there's more action.

you like 4+ hour games?

CFB is unwatchable in real time.

You in a hurry?

Just like with anything, it's better to watch with your dvr so you can fast forward past commercials. College football games could be 20 minutes long and I'd still fast forward through the commercials. I'll take more plays and be happy.

I'm definitely in a hurry when it comes to watching sports on TV. only have so much time to watch and I often have multiple games I want to see.

You're wasting time if all you are doing is fastforwarding through commericials. I fast forward through everything that isn't actual game action. From tackle to the next play's snap I hit fast forward. in basketball I fast forward all free throws except at the end of the game. I fast forward the first 10-15 seconds of the shot clock if it's after a dead ball. I can watch a basketball game in less than a half hour. I can watch an entire NFL game in 20 minutes.

And that leaves me time to watch everything I want to watch.

Edit: I do make some exceptions like if it is a really big game I want to see and I don't have other games on the agenda. I'll ease up on the fast forward in those cases.

definitely. With the fastforward it doesn't matter if the game is 3 hours or 4.5 hours.

But I imagine it would be torture to sit there in real time and watch a game like that. WTF do you do with yourself during all that downtime?

I like it when it's my team. You get 12 or 13 games for the entire year. I can handle it being a little bit longer.

yea I get that. You want to savor it since there's only so many games. I do that with really big CBB games I want to see. Or some Atlanta Hawks games if I don't have other games to get to. Example, Kansas vs Texas this past weekend. The CBB schedule was pretty bare so I took my time with that particular game.

Sure, but those comments were well before you joined the board. It would be easier if you used your real login and be held accountable for your posting history.

It's 2021, there's million things you can do while simultaneously watching TV.

other than staring at your phone, what you got?

I'd rather not surf the net while I watch a game. Would rather just fastforward so I have more free time to watch other games or shows that I want to see.

In college in the 90's I has a sweet setup up a 25" TV with a 19" on either side. Play the Playstation on the "big" TV and sports on the other 2, same concept.

ahh that works. So you're using the game as a background while you do other things like play videogames.

If I'm a mid major or crappy power 5 school, I'd be camped out in front of the receivers coach's house with a contract.
