Hurts is going to be a stud. He's just never seen anything like an Ole Miss defense before.

He can't throw the ball more than 10 yards. Gonna have to disagree.

Against Western KY and not even a great throw. Great catch though. If that's the best ya got I'll stand by my assessment.

He's a true freshman playing in the NFL minor league conference. Give it time. We'll reassess around November.

The second half should be good.

Huskers-Ducks in a good game. 21-20 Big Ten winning.
Nebraska kicked an extra point to go up on Orygun 21-20 - dumbass Ducks came out and converted 2 on their first TD--you're +1 on extra points now. Ducks proceed to go for 2 the next 2 TD's as well--and duckegg both times.

If/when you convert the first 2 pt attempt in a game, put the 2 point conversion playbook away for this game until/unless you need it. Their kicker's solid on extra points. You're +1 for extra points for the game if you kick the extra after each subsequent-to-the-first 2 pointer. Now the Ducks have to go for 2 next TD to make up the extra points they gave away going for 2 and missing.

A whole bunch of questionable officiating going on in this game.

Big recovery by Ole Miss.

Wow, TD Ole Miss.

You just know once Alabama gets control of the ball the game is over, and they went and handed them control of the ball. Should've gone for the jugular with another onside attempt, now you go out with a wimper while Alabama's OL of 5 star studs plows you over.

Bama Ole Miss was a great game despite the officiating and constant reminders from the crew about the bad officiating.

OSU -- agreed, never going to see a better catch than that.

Not a fan of the Fox NCAA Box -- too boxy and too big -- don't need all of that information there.

Also congrats to North Dakota State.

Nice to see ND out of the Top 25 already.

I went to Duke v. NU Saturday night. I do believe that game set offensive football back several decades.

I have no idea what Fitzgerald sees in Thorson. He regularly throws the ball almost into the stands on simple patterns.

Even nicer to see FSU out of contention early in the season. You will know that the fix is in if a team that trailed by 53 points gets an opportunity to make the playoffs. They also trailed big to Ole Miss.

olemiss and oklahoma still top 25 with 1-2 records.

Oklahoma could still run the table in the Big 12 but are fucked for the playoff. Kind of surprised at how much they got their asses handed to them at home by the Buckeyes. OU had lots of guys back from last year's playoff team. Clemson hasn't shown much either so far. Stanford is very dark horsey.

You could finish the season today and OSU v. Alabama in the championship would suffice.

Houston and Louisville will be the appetizers.

There will be 2 former Purdue Quarterbacks starting in the SEC this weekend, Danny Etling at LSU and Austin Appelby at Florida

Can you name 25 teams better than either? I can't.

I wouldn't put a lot of stock in the either of the polls anyway. The media and coaches who vote don't watch all the games. At the end of the year, we will know who the best four teams are.

Ole miss beating up an over matched Georgia squad so far.

Alabama having its way with Kent State.

MSU losing to Wisconsin at the moment.

FSU and USF combined for 42 points in the 1st quarter.

There is your undeserving Top 25 team. They were ranked ahead of Ole Miss purely based on record. Oklahoma would pound Georgia as well.

UCLA is getting away with head shots tonight. I don't know how they missed it on that fumble.

Some good games next weekend, Stanford vs Washington, Louisville vs Clemson and after their big win today, Wisconsin vs Michigan

Today- WHat a second half for Tennesee.

Of the 3 big teams in Indiana, Purdue was the only winner.

Missouri put up 79 points today, luckily they reduced the second half to 10 minute quarters.
