I don't follow college basketball enough to have any emotional attachment to Zion, but I remember what it felt like when Derrick Rose went down. Worst injury I can remember for impact on a team and a career. Terrible feeling.

Yeah he’s starting to figure it out. I’m more impressed with him now than earlier in the season.

Though it does speak to how great Zion is that he figured out how to play successfully on this team much sooner than Barrett.

Zion is great, and he has improved greatly from high school. However, he is so much stronger than most of the rest of college basketball.

As a college player, I'd compare him more to Blake Griffin. I don't know if that is a good NBA comparison though.

I'm gonna call no superstar on this one. Short and too reliant on athleticism. At best he'll make all star teams but he won't be a generational type talent/player. Someone may have already said this but im not reading this whole thread.

Zion has no where near the vision LeBron has.

It's not a perfect comparison. LeBron was much leaner like you said, and has better vision. Zion is much stronger, better rebounder, better defender, better finisher. Both has questionable shots but not to the point where they can't shoot at all.

Zion is going to be an absolute monster in the league. Will win multiple MVPs and titles.

Amare was good when healthy. The biggest advantage Amare had over Zion is height. Zion is a midget.
