Would I have to cheer for Nebraska or The Illini?

There won't be much to cheer about for the Illini, so that may be a moot point.


It would be a tough call for me. Was never much of an Illini guy growing up as folks and dads folks were Hawkeyes. Kind of cheered for them as a kid from time to time, because, well, I did live in Illinois.
My junior year roommate was an obnoxious Husker fan so that makes it more difficult. To be fair, he was just a jackass in general.

The west is the west too. Nebraska is not the Osborne or even Solich Nebraska so you are left with Wisconsin and the occasional Hawkeye uprising. I love my cats but they always find ways to not show up for a week and also to suprise a team every year or so. Oh well.

That Texas qb had some aaron Rodgers skills going on here and there. He would just evade rushers and flick a pass to someone who didn't initially look open. He also looked very young at times. He could develop into a damn good qb. He was at his best under pressure on 3rd and 4th downs.

My SDSU (socially correct) Aztec Warriors just wrecked Stanford!!! Rocky Long has a decent program down there. Those boys can fuckin hit and run the ball.

Shit! I wish I would have watched that. Rocky Long has got 'em rolling. They've had some good teams there, but nothing sustained like this.

They got some tough road games, but it will be interesting to see him go up against Wisconsin, since there was some tension in the bowl game last year.

It looks like it's all Wisconsin - maybe a shot for Iowa but I don't see anyone else making much noise - and I don't see that Minnesota Goofers being there in the end.

Seriously, that was the play. Now the guy is gone for two halves. I like the rule, but not when it is applied like that. Didn't look intentional at all--the guy's trying to make a play...
