Hells yea! Even the nation's #1 rated walk on got into the game for the final 30 seconds.

Get in your DePaul bashing now, they might actually be starting to build a team there now. This year should be bad, but not 1 conference win type of bad. Next year they have their best recruiting class since Pat Kennedy days. Loaded up on 4 star recruits. The best money can buy I would assume.

I'm a DePaul fan from way back. I was a fan of them before Illinois. Ty Corbin is my guy. Those early NCAA losses killed me as a youth. I still will never pray to St. Joseph.

I wanted them to beat the crap out of Northwestern. That was a tough game to watch.

Tre Jones injured his shoulder last night in the loss to Syracuse. Looks like he could be out a while. Team was lost without him as they don't have a single backup PG on the roster. This is a massive blow to Duke. Even with the future #1, #2 and maybe #3 pick on the team there's no doubt that Tre Jones was the teams MVP and most important player. they were crushing Cuse with him, he had 4 steals in the first 5 minutes before getting hurt.

Bad timing as Duke hosts Virginia on Saturday. Virginia gonna destroy them without Jones.

They'll be fine come tourney time.

Who, the Illini? After tonight's thorough dismantling of a fine, fine Minnesota squad, I am inclined to agree with you, my sexy friend.

sorry about the sexy

Great day for college hoops! I think I'm recording close upwards of 20-25 games on my DVR today. Gonna be an epic day on the couch (once I get out of the office this morning)

Was getting a new bird and could only listen to the magic.

The Fighting BRicks are giving MSU fits. (Apart from that 10-0 Spartan run. The BRicks are still up 12.)

Maybe it's the curse of the #1 ranking but Tennessee only spotting Frank Martin's Gamecock's -8.5 tonight...Vols covered -16.5 against the 102nd ranked team on KenPom but 3 days later only favored by 8.5 against the 103rd ranked team?

TN was down 19-6 to WVU early on over the weekend, you could actually get plus-money taking the Vols 1H live-betting in that game; which they somehow covered by rattling off a 25-2 run to end the half up 31-21. Vols ML for the WVU game never went into plus territory, prolly cuz of the initial -16.5 number; if somehow the Gamecocks get an early lead tonight, might be able to get the Vols ML+ on live betting.

Lipscomb @Liberty. Visiting Lipscomb getting +2.5 points against what should be an inferior Liberty team. Lipscomb's 47th on kenpom, Liberty 49th; but Liberty's played among the easiest schedules (312th easiest on both sides of the ball) .

The Duke Boston College game is maddening. As good as Hubie Brown is, fucking Dick Vitale just won't stfu.

And maybe I'm nuts, but I still like Cam Redish over Barrett.

I've been saying that all year. Barrett is a wing who can't shoot. That said, Reddish has been mostly underwhelming this year aside from a few games including last night. But, he looks the part, seems very fluid and has a nice looking shot. Gotta believe he has a better shot at becoming a good shooter than RJ.

big OT win for my LSU Tigers last night, winning at Mississippi St.

Been a diehard LSU fan since 1987, nice to see them have a team worth watching for the first time in a long time.

If you haven't seen LSU, they are led by Tremont Waters, a 5'11 jitterbug who has the ball glued to his hand. Great shooter who also happens to be the most skilled player in the country when it comes to putting English on the ball for crazy angle layups off the glass. Also, he's 5th in the NCAA is steals per game. Had 4 in the first 4 minutes last night.

LSU plays Auburn on national tv Saturday afternoon, should be a great game cause Auburn has their own 5'9 dynamo PG in Jared Harper.

FYI, both Harper and Waters have dunked in games this year, more than once.

I wonder how much the Illini will win by today?

I actually want to watch Iowa State play today, but I have work to do. The Big 12 is fun.

Jesus, ESPN, why don't you just go and suck LeBron off? They're showing him every few minutes.
