. . . the "romance" ended the next day, though, on Parents' Day, when drunkenly at dinner after the football game I told her dad to fuck off. I can't remember why, but a bunch of my friends were also there and they thought it was hilarious.

Not getting in her pants was a huge regret for a while after that.
