Well that was fun while it lasted.


The top PG recruit they signed apparently recovered from his traumatic brain injury and realized that DePaul sucks and de-committed over the weekend.

Still can't believe this bullshit program got a publicly financed arena when they could have played at the United Center for free.

1700 people looks a lot smaller in the UC than it will in the new arena. I believe it's still the stadium with the highest seating capacity in both the NBA and NHL.

I think it's the biggest in the NBA, but the Bell Centre in Montreal can seat more. It's way steeper, too.

Still, they should have played at the UC or on campus, or at the UIC Pavilion, or at Loyola's gym, or Northwestern's gym. This arena was completely unnecessary.

Politicians could not make millions in kickbacks if they played for free at the UC.
