FF, pump the brakes a bit on Hunt. It's been one game, against a defense that wasn't interested in tackling anybody.

You saw everything you'd want to see from him. 3 down back, pass catching, minimal use by his backup. All this coming off them moving up in the draft to get him and the coaches talking about him before Ware even got hurt. Obviously I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure he's gonna have a monster year.

I think he is a good player, and before Ware got hurt, I was eyeing him as a late round steal. I guarantee that I was the only person at my fantasy draft who watched him play in college. That said, let's see what he does against a defense like Denver, before we proclaim him to be match-up proof. Andy Reid has a stellar record in games where he had more than one week to prepare. It's likely that Hunt's first game as a pro, will wind up being his best.

With Howard dealing with a shoulder injury, Fournette and Hunt are the easy choices of the three listed.

Of course he might not get 250 yards and 3 TDs again. Even the very best fantasy players have dud games, but there's no way I would sit him right now even against Denver, Seattle, Baltimore, etc

the chiefs will run West out there on most 3rd downs, just like they did when ware was the lead dog last year... hunt's TD's stole the show but west had a 35% snap count (hunt was 57%)

that being said, hunt is a very solid RB2 with upside!

Melvin Gordon, who was widely considered to be a top five fantasy RB, if not top three, had 18 carries for 54 yards against Denver last week. Too often, people will fall into the trap of remembering only what happened last week.

I hear you. I think matchups are almost as important as talent when it comes to FF. I'm just extremely high on Hunt (obviously  )

I won't ask for an apology later when he finishes as a top 5 fantasy RB this year.

Looking for RB and then a flex, full PPR

Christian McCaffrey
Mike Gillislee
Alvin Kamara
Adam Thielen
Chris Hogan
Jarvis Landry
Emmanuel Sanders

Any chance Kamara can have half the day hunt had against NE?

That is very tough IMO.

I LOVE Thielen this year, it's tough picking between him and Sanders(I'd wait to see on Landry). I love the Gillislee matchup but he has a very high ceiling and floor. I'd probably take McCaffrey and Thielen.

NE last year was good against the run but also allowed a ton of receptions and receiving yards to RBs. I like Kamara this week and as a sleeper going forward but I don't think you can start him this week with those other options.

I like Gillislee but I hate playing a hot NE player. It feels like I always play NE a week behind, this is where I expect him to get 6 carries and watch Hogan go 8 for 130 and a TD.

He might if he stays healthy. Let's see what happens after he gets pounded for a few weeks. These guys are a lot bigger and faster than MAC linebackers.

I'm just saying that he isn't match-up proof yet.

That's fair. You're giving the reasonable ROS view on him and I'm giving the very rosy bright ROS on him.

Leave out Adams or Cobb. I wish you a lot of luck on choosing which one.

White has a lot more upside. His floor is probably only lower by a few points. I would choose White I guess and not feel good at all about it. Hope that helps!

Full PPR

Hyde @ SEA
Abdullah @ NYG
Cupp vs WASH
Martavis Bryant vs MINN

I'm leaning towards Bryant here but I love the "2nd WR against Washinton trend" dating all last season. Probably gonna go with Bryant. Hate the RB matchups.

I might play both GB receivers and leave Crowder out til he shows he's healthy

I like White's upside too. Patriots should crush the Saints.

Cupp

The other defenses are too good

Agree with White, I just can't see Hyde having a day against seattle. You just never know who NE will target on a day.

Jamison Crowder or Tyrell Williams at the Flex? I also have Tarik Cohen

Baldwin and Crabtree are WR1&2

Bucs may gameplan for him but their defense is not as good as Atlanta.

Howard is supposed to get the carries in the red zone. Week 1 was the "Surprise, here is Tarik Cohen" game.

I would go with Williams.

Could be. Cohen is a better receiving target though and they asked me to play WR this weekend so I think he might be part of the Glennon training wheels offense

If it's PPR I would say Cohen. I expect him to be targeted at least another 7-8 times in the game. They really have very little outside of him and Howard.

Thanks for telling me to stick with Houston DEF. Netted 10 good points!
