Yeah in a 2 QB league with the RBs available I would take either with the first pick if Miles is gone.

Murray Wilson and Drake were all gone. CEH was #2

I got Ekler and DJ Moore with first 2 picks. HOping to go RB and QB in next 2

I thats that’s a solid team. The guy you have listed as your QB4 will easily be your 2nd best QB this season

Imo CMC, Ekeler, and Monty are all really solid. I’d look at packaging Melvin with one of your WRs to go after an elite WR

That is my hope.

If Lamar is even close to as good as he was last year and then surely 1 of those other 3 will have a solid year.

Lamar will ball the fuck out. This message board is very crazy on Lamar. He’s going to be a better Vick for the next 8 years. You should have literally zero doubts about him outside of injury and that’s not a huge concern.

We’ve already had this discussion in the NFL forum but if Lamar has Tyreek Kelce and Andy Reid the Pat vs Lamar debate wouldn’t even be a debate. And Baltimore got him more weapons and plans on expanding Andrews role significantly it looks like.

I wish I had your confidence in him, but I sure hope you are right. I was really torn on keeping him or Wilson, but I decided to go with the potential for Jackson to be a stud for the next few years.

I’m a big Russ fan but there’s literally no other QB who anybody in the world should be considering before Pat and Lamar.

The Lamar skepticism is amazing to me but it seems to be a board thing. Almost everyone I follow nationally doesn’t have much doubt about him. I don’t understand the objection a guy who literally is one of the 20 most talented runners and passers in the nfl in one package who also has a fucking insane work ethic and great coaching staff and organization behind him and won MVP deservedly in his first year as a full time starter.

I guess I just worry it is a 1 yr wonder thing. Can you really expect a QB to run that way again? His passing is not as good as a normal MVP QB.

But again, I sure hope you are right.

But again, I sure hope you are right.

He led the league in TD passes last year while not passing but acing the eye test. He did this while sitting out the last game because he led his team on a 12-0 run to end the year. His top pass catcher was an injured rookie who weighed 160 lbs. Everyone shit on him for a playoff loss where he threw for 500 yards lol.

There’s literally nothing to do doubt about Lamar. There’s zero reason at all to think he’s a fluke - there’s simply no case for it. He’s going to be a fantasy superstar for awhile as long as he’s healthy. If Pat and Lamar play 16 games next year there should be zero doubt in anyone’s mind who the better fantasy QB will be.

My first draft is tomorrow. 12 team PPR league, drafting 10th. I find myself going 4 RBs first 4 rounds in mocks and then loading up on WRs. Lotta late round QB and TEs I like this year.

On satellite radio they do mocks all the time, I don't get the over the top love for Joe Mixon. He's a solid back who should get 260-275 carries.. Every mock I heard had him going #1 or #2 back taken..always in top 5 or 6 overall.

What the hell show do you listen to? He’s not going in the top 5 anywhere. There’s 6-7 RBs drafted before him consistently in every draft.

Channel 87..its all fantasy

I meant top 15 or 16 taken overall..

Nobody on 87 has Mixon as a top 5 back.

I hear bits n pieces in the car.. I could be wrong .. It sounded like he was the #1 or #2 back taken every draft I heard.

Any draft he goes as 1 or 2 i want to play in that league for money.

I heard on chan 87 again today.. Mixon is going 1st round in most leagues or very early 2nd.. ( 13-14) overall

My draft is tomorrow..ill report back where he went.

That guy has been overdrafted every single year he has been in the league.

I think Burrow is going to surprise as a must start QB from Day 1.

I don't disagree, thankfully I wasn't the one that drafted him.

Where is Josh Jacobs going in these drafts? I would of thought after what he did last season and the entire line returning he would go high. He worked out with the receivers in the offseason because he didn't want to run routes like a runningback. Gruden has said he's going to be a big part of the passing game this year.

I'd take Jacobs over Mixon.. Huge Jacobs fan, had him last year as a Rookie from the 4th round. He'll probably go top 10 this year.

I'm surprised to see all the early picks for the rookie RB on KC. He seems to be being taken way too early.

Personally can't risk it with a rookie that high, unless he's a no-brainer kind of guy like Barkley. Thomas from NO might be available there.

Mixon was great in 2018 and worthwhile in 2019 despite having poor o-line and QB play. He's especially good in PPR leagues. I went with Mixon with no hesitation in my PPR league at the end of the first round.

I picked him up in the 2nd round of the draft the other night.
