Im high on Crabtree this year, I think he will be a very good WR. Im sure with the Arian Foster love thats been going on lately you can package him to get a solid number 2 WR.

So a guy that did an auto draft has Steve Smith Car and Deangelo Williams on his team, along with Michael Turner and Roddy White. So I sent a trade to try and help him out

D Williams and Roddy White for Miles Austin and C Benson. See if he takes my help!!!

10 team league, I had the 2nd pick. (Non-PPR, Non-Keeper):

1. Adrian Peterson RB
2. Tony Romo QB
3. Cedric Benson RB
4. Steve Smith WR
5. Chad Ochocinco WR
6. LeSean McCoy RB
7. Pierre Garcon WR
8. Clinton Portis RB
9. New York Jets DEF
10. Toby Gerhart RB
11. Johnny Knox WR
12. Chris Cooley TE
13. Garrett Hartley K
14. Chicago Bears DEF
15. Alex Smith QB
16. Bernard Scott RB
17. James Jones WR
18. Mohamed Massaquoi WR

Not exactly thrilled with the results, but I like my values at 6,7, and 8. Should give me decent depth.

In the days, most "discussed" action, the guy with the 10th pick took Drew Brees............and then drafted Peyton Manning with the very next pick. :?

180 total players drafted - Kyle Orkman is still available.

QBs Schaub Ryan
RBs Chris Johnson- Arian Foster- J.Stew-donald brown-jerome harrison

8 team league starts QB 3 WR 2 Rb TE flex WR/RB/TE Kicker D........ PPR had the 5th pick. Out of 5 leagues(my last draft was tonight) the 5th pick was the highest pick out of all of them. I dont love have Eli Manning, but I dont mind him too much because I got Big Ben coming in week 5.

1. (5) Andre Johnson WR
2. (12) Reggie Wayne WR
3. (21) DeAngelo Williams RB
4. (28) Ryan Grant RB
5. (37) Antonio Gates TE
6. (44) Percy Harvin WR
7. (53) Jason Witten TE
8. (60) Eli Manning QB
9. (69) Ahmad Bradshaw RB
10. (76) Jerome Harrison RB
11. (85) New York DEF
12. (92) Santonio Holmes WR
13. (101) Ben Roethlisberger QB
14. (108) Vincent Jackson WR
15. (117) Laurence Maroney RB
16. (124) David Akers K

I felt Witten was the best avab player in the 7th round to fill my flex spot. He caught 100 balls last year and if he comes close to that it will be golden(who knows). I wanted Moss or Rodgers with my 2nd pick but they went early. Im not sold on the supposed 2nd tier RBs (although I do think Matthews will have a good year. I was willing to gamble and I was happy to take Deangelo Williams and Ryan Grant so late. Im hoping Percy gets his head together soon. Had I been thinking clearly I might have gone a different direction with that guy.

Like Schaub but your other QB's I'm not to found of

Im high on Kolb and I think he will be better than you think. I thought drating Orton so late was a steal. By the time it got back to me in the 3rd round Brady, Romo,Rivers, were all taken. Ill have to show you the rosters some of these guys have and you will think otherwise.

I'm high on Kolb too.

I really don't get that mindset. I assume the theory is that he will take two of the top five of some position, and someone who is weak in that position will want to trade him. The thing the guy doesn't understand is that the other guy isn't a dope -- he knows you have a lot of power locked up in that position, so he knows you really want to trade out of it. Odds are you get a worse value than you would have if you would have picked a WR or RB in that spot. Just really shortsighted and stupid, and hopefully just takes a year for the guy to figure it out.

i totally understand the expectations for ryan mathews, and agree that he has an upside for sure, but i cant help be a bit surprised by how early he is going in some drafts. i dont tend to draft a lot of rookies in starting positions and dont fault those who do, but i steered clear of him just because it seems there is almost TOO much of a buzz around him, it almost seems unrealistic. i would have taken a chance on him in say the 3rd round, but there is no way he is going that late in any draft.

im pleased with getting arian foster as my 12th round pick in my draft 2 weeks ago, when he was still a "sleeper". now he is going in the 4th and 5th rounds in most drafts. sometimes drafting early has its benefits.

for those who give a shit what other people drafted:

14 team, non-ppr

QB - eli manning, jason campbell
RB - deangelo williams, shonn greene, beanie wells, arian foster, justin forsett
WR - michael crabtree, jeremy maclin, johnny knox, lee evans, mike thomas
TE - heath miller, kevin boss
Def - cleveland
K - robbie gould

Cleveland Defense???

I have the almost the same league setup. Moss and Rodgers went early in our draft also.

DeAngelo worries me because of injury. The harvin pick puts you in a bit of a bind if the migraines keep up. Hopefully, there's some WR on the waiver wire. And I don't know about using 3 picks on guys who won't be playing. That's a bit risky.
