To be used in the RB/WR position on my roster (AP and Shonn Greene are the two starters for RB).

Maybe the question should be Portis or Greene?

Trust me, I considered it. However, the NE defense isn't exactly top-notch, and the Jets always seem to play the Pats tough.

Greene's in Rexy's doggy house after 2 fumbles. LT looked decent.

D-Mac had a pretty good game in week 1 with 18 carries for 95 yards & 6 receptions for 55 yards & a TD.You gotta start him against STL. I was really disappointed in Greenes performance & the way LT is running, LT may get more carries going forward. Portis cant really be trusted. Supposedly he recommitted himself to getting in shape & worked really hard in the offseason, but you can never count on Shanny to use 1 RB as the workhorse.

Ok, so I literally just finalized a trade for Reggie Bush. Gave up Hightower, who will be splitting more carries/workload with Wells next weekend.

So....

Do I go with AP, McFadden, and Bush?

Or is Portis, AP, and D-Mac still the way to go?

Yes, I would go with AP, McFadden and Bush.

I say go with Portis over Bush. The last time Shanahan used 1 RB as his main guy was when he had Portis. Bush is too much of a hit or miss player.

While I tend to think that Portis will be a better player under Shanahans system, I think Bush and that NO offense is hard to pass up starting especially if it's a PPR league.

I dont play PPR so i tend to leave that out of my reasoning, but that would add some more weight to starting Bush. Without the PPR Bush vs Portis is a coin flip for this week. SF defense probably isnt as bad as they showed against Seattle.
