Not really sure what to make of this guy. I am considering making an offer for him, however this little turf toe issue has me concerned. On top of that, he has scored 58 points this season (in my league) which included a 40+ point outburst.

Is this guy the real deal? Would making an offer that included McFadden and Welker for him be smart?

Any word on when Stafford is coming back? If it is just Shaun Hill teams will eventually stack the box against this guy and dare Megatron to beat them.

Possibly, however one has to assume that McFadden is going to come back down to earth at some point, no?

From my understanding Stafford will be back in a couple weeks.

I agree that McFadden/Welker is too aggresive of an offer for Best, unless you are in a keeper league.

Looks like McFadden has finally neutralized Michael Bush and should be the featured back in Oakland, so he's probably a Top 15 back in his own regard. I'd look to add someone who is more of a #3 WR type (Donald Driver/Santana Moss-type) versus a solid #2 like Welker.
