Who are your other RBs and WRs? At first glance this seems like a no brainer, click the reject button.

Normally I would not even consider it, but my RB situation blows.

WR
Andre Johnson
Calvin Johnson
Vincent Jackson
Stevie Johnson
Donald Driver

RB
Marshawn Lynch
Mike Tolbert
Ryan Torain
Donald Brown

better yet, oh board-reknown person of consummate wit and intelligence, don't trade for beanie wells. the cardinals don't really like beanie wells... didn't some other RB jump up in front of him in quick order and then go and get injured, thus formally starting "the beanie wells era"? i'm pretty sure that's the case.... he'll be the featured back at the beginning, but if anyone else shows some promise on that team (chester taylor massive!) i reckon they'll get rid of his glorious touches. plus they're the cardinals and they suck.

i'd personally hold out for a better/different RB.

Yeah, I don't take advice from guys who think there is such a thing as a "run on kickers"

Yikes, you werent lying about the RB situation. Lynch might actually be OK... Even so I dont think you can pull the trigger on that. Maybe offer Stevie Johnson for Wells, you have a wealth of good WRs. You could offer AJ or Megatron for a good RB and still be in good shape at WR. That would be my advice.

RB.
Drop Cam or McNabb for a RB.
Delone Carter is a good snag, Addai is bound to get injured.
Your WR depth is great, see if you can trade dangle Ocho for a top 20 RB.
Also, Lee Smith you can also drop. And who is Allen Bradford? How many people are in this league?

Here's my Grossman trade:

Andy Dalton
Benard Berrian (I think he could have a thing with McNabb)
13 round pick (really a 20th round pick due to keepers)

for

Rex Grossman
Dane Sanzenbacher (bag of balls)
9th round pick (really 16th)

Here is the team... I went ahead and drafted Vick early. All my hopes rest on his shoulders. Any suggestions on areas to help? I dont think I can win a game all year, my worst draft ever. :(

QB: Vick and Cutler
RB: Steven Jackson, Felix Jones, Fred Jackson, Pierre Thomas, Montario Hardesty
WR: both Mike Williams, Wes Welker, Santana Moss, Robert Meachem
TE: Jimmy Graham
DEF: Baltimore
K: Josh Brown

I changed my whole draft philosophy this year after a couple of poor years. I invariably focused on RB 1-2, no mattter the talent at other positions that was on the board. This year, I went for impact players regardless of the position early. The result was Chris Johnson, Brees and Jackson. I still was able to get a RB who I think will produce in Felix Jones and then went for a pre eminent TE rather than a good WR2. The TE bit me as Dallas Clark is now probably down to no more than WR3 level at best.

I may never draft a RB first if guy like Brees and Rodgers are on the board. The drop off in talent at that position is bigger than any other position. Getting a really good RB in the 2nd round or 3rd round isn't a problem. Give me the best QB in the league and I'll find a way to win a championship.

I do just the opposite.

I didn't like the RBs in the 2nd or 3rd round at all this year so I'm loading up on RBs and WRs and will take a secondary QB. I love my team that has Schaub, Stafford, CJ, SJax, Bradshaw, Megatron, and Dez. If I stay healthy, I am guaranteed a top spot in the playoffs. If I have injuries, I have so much depth that I'll still be a contender.

And people seem to think that QBs don't get hurt. Rodgers helped me get to the playoffs last year but I lost on every team I had him with. He had 3 concussions last year too. The only team that I won the SB with had Vick as my QB. Gimme a deep team and I'll play the matchups and the hot hands.

Only 2 teams scored over 30 on the Jets last year. The Bears in Chicago in week 16 and @ the Pats in week 13.

I would say the Jets Defense would be the one to stay away from.

Kolb.

I believe Beason is out for Carolina.
And I just can't trust Romo against the Jets.

I get Willis McGahee

He gets Cam Newton and Anquan Boldin.

Pull the trigger or now?

This seems like a bad deal. Do you have studs at WR and QB already?

I've got Vick at QB, then Welker & Andre Johnson at WR. Also can throw Reggie Bush in a flex position every so often.

I need help at RB badly.

I'm with Hank. McGahee is a split-time RB at best, on a mediocre team.
There is nothing else available? Tate? Cadillac? A different trade?

But with Moreno's injury last night, Mcgahee gets more carries automatically. He's already projected to score 13 points (which is only a projection, I know).

I missed Knowshon's injury last night. What happened to him?

That just seems like a lot to give up. I do think you should sell high on Newton while you can. I would offer Newton for McGahee, I dont know that you should throw another good player in there as well.

Blah. You're right; Boldin is too much in that offer.

I countered with Newton and Ochocinco.

Good luck, if they take it I think it woudl be a steal for you. Newton is gonna come crashing back to earth and Ochocinco is the 3rd or 4th option for Brady.

Meachem, Gordy Nelson, or Devery Henderson as a replacement for Amendola?

What should my priority be?

I would get Gordy.
But maybe hold on to Amendola as he might not be done for this season.

Trying to trade Maclin or Julio Jones now for Shawn Greene or Fred Jackson. I figured both guys were a level ahead of BGE so than i can drop Green Ellis.

Wow. That's a nice problem to have today. I think Manningham is going to have the best game of the three. I don't see Newton coming close to the game he had last week, so I would bench Smith.

That probably means Smith is going to have the best game of everyone.

Fucking Hakeem Nicks and his ankle injury are pissing me off. I'm playing Tolbert in the flex spot this week instead of him. Don't really want to grab Hickson as I think I have a decent bench.
