seems like I'm losing my second WiiMote when the game spins up. Anyone else with this problem yet?

You sure it's the game?

I've seen the same type of thing happened, but it was a faulty battery. It would turn on...work...but when you start a game...it died...no matter how charged it was.

I had the same problem with one of my Wiimotes. The remote would just die and what have you. Got a new remote from a buddy and it worked fine.

mmm....collecting dust, unfortunately. I currently don't have internet at home.

When I did have internet, I loved the MLB TV app. Used that all season at a much reduced cost versus ordering the package on Cable/Satellite.

And the WiiMote issue is just with Donkey Kong. Ran a couple other older games and did not experience the same problem. The WiiMote shuts off when the game spins up, every time, even though it was on before.

figured it out last night. Apparently it does shut off when the game spins up. When you get to the screen to choose 1 player or 2, you choose two. Then it asks you where the controller is for the second player and you activate the second controller and away you go.

Great game, challenging. But it pales next to the new Mario Brothers game because Mario is 4 player and it's therefore a great party game whereas Donkey Kong is 2Player. But it will be a good challenge.
