the last baseball sim I played was good but I can't remember if it was The Show or its competition. I think it was The Show and it was the best baseball sim I've ever played.

This has been a must buy for me since MVP went away...I don't imagine next year will be any different.

I messed up in 2006, but every other year has been The Show for me.

Someone just bought MVP Baseball 2004 from me on Glyde for $3.

I did make the mistake in 07...I wasn't really impressed with The Show 06, but I learned my lesson.

I actually liked MVP 05 better, the pitching issues seemed to be fixed.

pizza_Place: Oh I'm sorry but, there's no one on the line

RTTS is reason enough to make this my #1 sports game. I switched to a pitcher last year, but think I am going back to a position player for this year. I'm also looking forward to the co-op multiplayer -- more fun for the children to be on the same team and I don't have to purposely groove balls or swing three seconds too early.

Looking forward to this. Have been disappointed every year playing the 2K game and finally have a console on which to play The Show.

If anyone's got MVP 05 for PC and has yet to check out www.mvpmods.com, you really should. I say this about once or twice a year on this board.

Its too bad that the only mode in the game worth a damn is RTTS... Any time I want to just play a regular game I find it to be too damn frustrating to get past a few innings... Hopefully the new controls will change that. And does anyone actually play enough to get the attribute levels to all-star level? Not just in this game, but in any sports game? I think there is a fundamental flaw with developers thinking that people are going to play one player for multiple seasons... Or maybe it's just me...
