I never got an email either. I just saw an article pop up on facebook last week and I was able to figure it out.

I don't remember exactly how I was able to redeem the offer (it was a little confusing and took a few minutes to figure out), but I was eventually able to get one in my cart free of charge. I remember one of the colors was trying to charge me full price, but when I chose a different one it worked.

Finally got mine today.
It's fine for being free, and I can listen to Spotify thru it and all that other shit, but what I can't quite figure out is how to make it work like a normal bluetooth speaker so I can listen to YT videos in the shower or kitchen or whatever. I'm following the directions but I'm missing something. I'll wait for my daughter to figure it out for me, I guess.
