I usually do to be honest. I had some friends over for the Super Bowl so I had more dishes than normal. That's when I noticed the deterioration in wash quality.

Well if you don't like the BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP, all you have to do is

1. Open the dishwasher door far enough to
expose the control buttons.
2. Press and hold the right "Cancel Drain" button
then press and hold the On/Off button.
3. When the light on the "Cancel Drain" button
you are pressing illuminates and the tone
begins to sound, release both buttons.
4. Press the right-most "Cancel Drain" button
until the tone is either at the desired volume or
is silent.
5. Press the On/Off Button.
6. Shut the dishwasher door. The Cycle
Completion Signal is now set, and you may
wash your dishes as usual.

yes damnit. apparently 12 years ago they didn't have the same buttons.

I'm not the one who brought it up! Franky asked about dishwashers and I told him if he wanted to be up all night listening to BEEP BEEP BEEP, Bosch was definitely the one to buy.

When we had the Bosch serviceman over for our busted stove, we asked him and he said it couldn't be done.

We had this issue. Wife insisted we needed a new machine. Instead I googled up the problem. Found that by removing the racks, unscrewing like 11 screws and removing some of the insides I was able to get at the drain area which of course was filled with gunk, toothpicks and broken glass. Cleaned all that out, put it back together and the machine has been running like new since.
