Anybody picking this up? Looks like the tweaks are gonna improve gameplay. But I think alot of the non-football stuff (like creating your own press clippings and recruiting) are stuff I'll never touch.

p.s. Northwestern will be national champions again (if only virtually ;) )

Recruiting has become much too time consuming. In the early 00's it was maybe 80% playing and 20% recruiting. Now it's almost reversed.

I remember a headline about a lawsuit that could have potentially affected likeness and jersey #'s... did anything come of that? Or is it all the same for now.

I'll be purchasing this eventually, although not tomorrow. I need a good football game to play again, and Madden has gotten to be so not-fun.

It was Sam Keller, the QB who I think went from ASU to Nebraska, that started the ball rolling on that lawsuit, but I haven't heard anything new about it.

I was just wondering is this number 2 selling sports game behind Madden.

Kdidit- you are right about what you posted.

I used to alternate yearly between this and Madden. The changes they are making to both of the franchises this year is making me lean for a second year of Madden

Can someone who has some skill at this NCAA football franchise gimme a couple tips on:

1) How to download rosters
2) Where to download rosters
3) Tips on running the football
4) Pass patterns and why they are different colors
5) How to set your audibles

Really appreciate it!

1) You can enter a key into XBox LIVE or PS3 Network to apply roster names to the game.
2) A simple Google search should give you many different options.
3) Don't hold down the sprint button. This just makes the defense pursue your RB more aggressively. Only sprint in the open field.
4)Bright orange pass patterns are the play's main receiver option. The others are secondary looks.
5) This can be done in the playbook editor at the home screen.

Operationsports.com usually gets rosters and d/l instructions up pretty quick.
