I loved every GTA from III on up...San Andreas is probably my favorite.

Vice City and San Andreas are my two favorites. 4 was really good but just didn't compare to those other two, especially San Andreas. I actually never completed 3 and don't remember much about it.

And combat mechanics != combat controls. You can compare mechanics across platforms.

And it is unusual to see Uncharted 3 at the top of the three games. Usually, you see it next to the first game, and well below number 2.

Vice City was the sheee-it. San Andreas no slouch either ..... that drive to San Fran with the music ... lovely ... that other one, I couldn't stomach it long enough get 1 minute past the first "mission" ..... hoping to knock off a gas station to have the bread available for V.

Watch Dogs delayed until late Q1 2014.

Why am I not surprised?

At least with Infamous Second Son and this there will be some AAA games. Excited for Watch Dogs to see how much worse next gen games on the Bone look than on PS4.

Aren't there already plenty of titles to do that sort of dick-measuring?

I think Watch Dogs would be the first that isn't just ported from last gen like AC whatever # it was. Tomb Raider definitive edition gave a pretty good idea though.

PC has Steam sales too, which are great, but they're still the laserdisc of videogame systems

We could go back and forth again, but I'd rather not.

Everyone needs a PC. This is a necessary cost everyone endures.

The cost of upgrading an "average PC" to a "gaming PC" is less than the cost of a PS4 / XBox1.

A GTX650 TI costs $180 shipped, and runs on standard PSU's that are supplied with standard Dell / HP / Lenovo / ASUS PC's.

Let me know how I install that video card into a Surface and then I'll concede. :D

I'm still playing Oblivion. Someday, I'll upgrade to Skyrim. maybe in 2015. Then... I'll get me Call of Duty.

I impulse purchased a PS4 this weekend. I thought MLB 14 was out for PS4 but not yet. I got Infamous: Second Son.

The PS4 can do work. The game looks amazing.

Watch Dogs is due to come out on my birthday. I'll let IMU and Lipid fight it out over who will buy it for me.

Actually for this one, I just may do the midnight thing. Been looking forward to playing this since it was first announced.

So I guess Watch Dogs did NOT end up getting various car manufacturer licenses. Seems like final verison of game will have made up cars.

How do you like Infamous? Is it as good as the previous games in the series which were all awesome?

I don't think that makes a difference. One of the nerdy things I enjoy about the GTA series is looking at their cars and surmising what car it is based on in real life. It didn't take a rocket scientist to know that the Patriot was based on the Hummer.

I know this was probably your favorite car to ride around in.

GTA5 had a lot of nice cars. Sure, it was fun - almost every car's origin was easily surmised. Also, because of the satirical nature of the game...it requires fake brands and such.

But Driver: San Francisco was just 'a little more' enjoyable because it had licensed cars. Gran Turismo is a bit more fun because it has licensed cars.

I'm not going to hate Watch Dogs because of this. It is going to be great. But driving around Chicago would be a little more sweet in the cars I've actually driven around Chicago with. Would just add to the experience.
