Sorry, the DS4 is objectively the best stock controller. Not that it matters since you can get an XBox shaped PS controller and vice versa.

PlayStation has always had more and better exclusives. What made the last gen Xbox more appealing than last gen PlayStation was that Xbox was far superior online. With the current gen, PlayStation is just as good online, if not better, and better at everything else. There is seriously no reason to buy a Xbox360 over a Ps4. Ps4 is the greatest console ever. It's not 2010 anymore. Get with the times.

Yep, definitely left in on for days at a time which caused it to break. But, I was under the ignorant assumption that it would go into a rest state on its own when you leave it on for a long period of time since that's what the PS4 does.

Even disregarding that issue, that's not the reason I recommend the PS4 over the XBox1. The PS4 is simply a better machine and any game that is on both is better on the PS4.

honestly, the best solution is probably to buy both systems, and then research each game you want to see what system it works on better.

fuck the whole 'dedicated' thing. xbox, psx, wii, dreamcast, windows steam pc who gives a fuck. how good does the game you like actually work....

All game systems are too complicated for my old, boring self.

My kids had an xBox 360 and opted for a PS4 when it came time to upgrade. they seem happy with that decision.

I had a playstation, PS2, the switched to 360 and One.
I'm happy with my 360 which I barely use now and love my One. No problems.

Every once in a while I think about buying one of these but then remember I sold my XBox 360 years ago because I didn't play it all that much anymore.

I still have an N64 in my closet.
