Seriously considering picking up one of these in the coming weeks? I have a PS3 and have had no complaints with Sony. Wondering which one is the better buy.

I'm going to grab a Ps4 , I haven't owned a system since the original Xbox .. Not sure what the pros n cons are of either but A few friends have ps4 so I'm grabbing that. If you get a Os4 I'll beat your ass in baseball n Madden.

I got PS4 simply because I've always had Playstation and am familiar with the buttons and interface, and I'm too old to learn anything new.

I've been pleased with it.

XBox One seems not to have as many problems with games (bugs/glitches) like PS4. OF course, the One doesn't have a baseball game.

Buy whatever system has more exclusives you want to play. Want Halo and Forza? Buy an Xbox. Want Bloodborne and the Uncharted series? Buy a PS4. Want Mario and Zelda, buy a Wii U.

If exclusives don't matter at all, buy whatever systems more of your friends have.

If you don't have friends, buy an Xbox One...Darkside and I will be your friend.

None of the above...and Microsoft isn't doing it either...talked about it when they launched the system...people reacted pretty much how you would expect, Sony took advantage, and Microsoft decide against putting any restrictions on used games.

When I upgrade, I'll get a XBox One.

The only reason to own a PlayStation for me, was the SOCOM series...and that was 11-12 years ago.

I wish Xbox had the battlefield bundle like ps4 does but I'm leaning more to the Xbox exclusives at the moment.

I bought both a year ago. Any time I compared the two systems with identical games the PS4 version scored better. Its objectively a better system.

And to top it off, my Xbox1 broke a few weeks out of warranty. I'm not going to bother replacing it.
