You have to go back to 2000 and Dale Jarrett, now with ESPN/ABC Sports, to find the last NSCS driver to win from the pole position in the "Great American Race". As for my selection for Sunday's 55th Daytona 500, you can't be afraid to take someone you'd least think would be in Victory Lane.
