douglas from evergreen freakin park... fighter, survivor, string picker and ass kicker. Now he can call himself, Champion. In what has to be one of the closest finishes in contest history, doug has bested them all. I had so much fun this season, from the three wide washout at the Daytona 500, to seeing Austin Dillon flying into the fence and almost dying at the Daytona night race July 4th weekend.(No, seriously, I thought he was dead)

There have been plenty of highs and lows all year. From emotions running over and intentional wrecking, to taking my girlfriend to Chicagoland Speedway for her first Nascar race. To rain delays and and 200 mph parades, it has been a great ride these nine months. We as fans got to say our proper goodbyes to Jeff Gordon and say hello to new Sprint Cup Champions, Kyle Busch(!?!!???!!).
